Great, spacious apartment with great amenities - due to the central location of the apartment, it can often be quite loud at night due to local restaurants/ bars. "The property is very easy to reach from the Metro station Conciliazione (less than 5 minutes walking). Once arrived the apartment was a very good size, spotless clean and modern with great amenities. The staff at the reception was helpful, polite and accommodating with our requests. We can’t wait to stay at Ariosto Social Club again."

"BASIC accommodation value for money we didn’t expect luxury at that price and only wanted a clean secure place to stay which it was . The property was very poor at communication prior to our stay and needs to get up to date (eg use what’s app and respond to messages )"

"I LOVED my stay here. The unit was super clean, I had a small kitchen with anything that I could possibly need, AC/heating, a big window/balcony, a comfortable and clean bed, and a TV with access to Netflix! The check-in process was online and very easy, the staff were quick to respond to my emails, and I found that when I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and kind. I felt super safe and comfortable throughout my stay here, and I think it's the perfect place for solo travellers! :)"

"The hotel location is excellent: super close to the Castello and Duomo. Nice building. But they don’t clean the room during the stay. We couldn’t even get towels to be replaced. No formal reception either. You’re supposed to call someone, which maybe it works but it’s an extra hassle. For 3 night stay it wasn’t a big deal.."

It is located right on the Metro line in a beautiful area full of restaurants and shops, the room was pristine and stylist, and the staff was kind and communicative. "We stayed from March 30th 2024 till April 2nd 2024 . We had loved this place. Super clean and close to everything. Owner was amazing and helped us so much. We booked through Expedia and website had mistake but the property manager took care of us. Location is very good close to everything. Easy to come from airport to the apartment only cost us 2.50 euros. Only thing I have to mention is be careful when you are coming from the building main entrance door(big wooden door). It is not tall enough...
