It was too hot in the room with always heater on even outside temperature was around 22 degree. It was not able to turn down nor off. Mosquitos flew in when open window to chill a little bit.

The front desk staff were extremely nice and efficient. Alessandro in particular went out of his way to help, especially when we had a medical emergency. Would give them 6 stars. Hotel location is great, 3 minute walk to the Duomo and the Galleria. Lots of additional shopping all around. Hotel restaurant Sfizio was excellent as well. Overall outstanding value for the price.

The Hotel was very nice, i arrived at 6am and was told its too early for check in. although upon upgrading the room for an extra 40 euros per night we were able to check in early. the location is magnificent. although you have to be careful as i was charged 250 euros for a room upgrade which is correct but then around 3.30am i was charged another 250 euros which the reception said they never took. after going back and forth with them and showed them proof then they apologized and refunded me immediately. sad there was no food available for room service after 10 or 11 other than a salad or fruits. but other than that the hotel was nice and clean and honestly i would visit it again.

Reception Desk very nice. Intention Totaly not productive !!! 2- the ‘De luxe Rooom - it’s the lower average Totaly ‘miss leading ‘ info for US tourist. This Hotel management need a super supervise. Today Clients are not only educate There are other better options. Beside Data on Google not traceable !!! Trip Advisor both location to make good review with other Hotels services.
