The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Seriously Como Hilton, you knocked it out of the park with this location!! 10stars all around Cheers!

The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!

Very beautiful location, centrally located in Como. Rooms are luxurious, and very clean. Service is exceptional, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Como.

Worth every penny

The hotel is new and all new upgrades with USB charging. Beds, towels pillows all new and fluffy, super comfortable and this is rare in Italy. The hotel is gorgeous. The pool deck the service at the pool, away from all the noise but within walking distance to all the local restaurants to the ferry etc

A five star experience at a four star hotel. Staff was execptional. Food was good. Hotel is recently renovated, so the rooms are clean and pleasant. Pool area is very well laid out with amazing views of Lake Como.
