"Zimmer war überwiegend sauber, Problem bei Zahlung der Ortstaxe war etwas schwierig kommuniziert da die zlg angeblich nicht funktioniert hatte aber uns hat auch keiner darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Unsere Zimmerkarte wurde nicht für alle Tage freigeschalten was etwas mühsam war. Eingesperrtes gepäck war bei unserer rückkunft nicht mehr im Schließfach (!). "I’ve been to the Malpensa Moxi and liked it before. I loved the setting of the lobby, bar and restaurants here room design could be improved since they are not very spacious. Maybe a smaller armchair would help. The only thing I didn’t like is that, despite being clean, the bathroom smelled even with the toilet lid closed. Maybe a sewage problem?"

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."

"The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "The location is great but if you want to stay more than one night, this hotel has some issues. Some rooms are located in an old building, our room 623 was full of mold in the bath, the paint was in bad condition and we couldn’t control the air conditioning, it was freezing!"

"Accueil très accueillants mais ne parle pas le français. Les gestes de la mains nous ont sauvé tout de même. La chambre est propre et les membres du personnels sont très sympathiques. Concernant la position, il y a un centre commercial a côté et en face, il y a les métros ou le tram. Je le conseille cet hotel."
