"This location is an idealistic base for many attractions in the area. A lovely private cottage feel property with its own patio. Vast main bedroom, excellent facilities with a roll top bath, well stocked kitchenette and modern AV and WiFi. Private, secluded, secure and quiet. Excellent owner. Will definitely use the Coach again. 10/10."

"I stayed with my daughter for a girls -spa time together. An amazing hotel with a great Spa, we had fantastic food on Saturday night & also a wonderful breakfast before having treatments at the Spa. Room was very clean, comfortable and all staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. We will be back."

Love the boutique feel . Very personalised n helpful service from the check in staffs. Himalaya is such a gem to the hotel. His service is top notch. Even my teenagers told me that his service is excellent He is always smiling n try every little way to make us all feel so at home. Joanna is jus as professional n helpful like him. Location: It is perfect. Just 5 mins walk to Tower Hill station. Coppa Club, Pauls, Starbucks are all just outside the hotel. Check In/Front Desk: The moved our things from the other room we booked. Room: I booked wrongly - river view instead but staff was nice to amend it to tower view with no extra charges (possibly the only "upgrade" they did for us with no charges....). The room looks bigger too perhaps due to the furniture arrangement... But it did feel a bit more spacious. The view...
