"I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here. Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on. "Propert located right on the beach and short distance to cruise port. Wish i had stayed an extra day to explore the castle on the hill. People were very friendly and they had live music on the patio after dinner. "
