"hotel is clean and well maintained. dinner and breakfast isn't the best but not too bad either. but the staff in the hotel are really great, especially Mr Aminuddin from the restaurant. so polite and helpful, even my boy commented that he is so nice and so passionate about his work. takes my requests seriously. well done!"

"Room is rundown, dusty and humid. All then linens, towels, bathrobe are so smelly even the extra bed. Not worth to pay to stay here. "

"I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries. "
