"The premises is huge and the lake scenery view is breathtaking, however, there is no water activity for guests. A crocodile was spotted in the lake this year therefore only fishing is allowed. The Swimming pools are tiny and not equipped to swim properly. Buffet is only local cuisine which is limited. ..."

"It was a good family staycation. However it can be improved if there were more staffs available & a few other improvements The front counter upon check had only one staff. The room floor were dusty. The were not sufficient tables for breakfast Even though there was shortage of staffs, the front desk staffs & Herb & Spices cate staffs were friendly & facilitating. The shortfall was compensated by the good food served during breakfast Another area that be improved is response to phone call. I’ve been calling the hotel for the past 2 days but no one has picked up my call😩 "
