"Great location with a fantastic view of the bay. Room: Certainly the least Japanese hotel experience in our stay: it is a Hilton, furniture, carpeted floors, … love it or leave it. Small gym with a nice view. Access to the pool is not included; you need to buy Spa access (approx. Yen 3500, quite pricey for a short swim). Very crowded breakfast with lines to wait to be admitted. Nobody at the reception at 6:15 AM for checkout or to help with luggage."

"Room was not cleaned first night Bathtub dirty floor dirty furniture stained and chipped Only after complaining did they properly clean the bathtub (but still had stained black ring) & room Overall room is quite dated/old -does not look like the pictures The lobby looks really nice, but when you get to the rooms not the same care Pool kids are free but had to beg for grandparent to be able to sit and watch (not go in water/deck) $50USD No complimentary water or tea Would not stay here again...
