"Good location but dingy just outside the front with a bunch of homeless people. lacking in amenities ( gym , spa , business center , dining options) most functions are self service which are missing the human touch in my opinion. Room was comfortable but Could be better "

"The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it is close to the airport. I also appreciated that they provide a shuttle bus service both to and from the hotel, which made transportation easy. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to try the breakfast because it closes quite early at 9:00 AM. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which I liked. However, the soundproofing could be improved—I could hear the shower running in the next room and footsteps from guests walking in the room above. Overall, despite the minor noise issues, I had a good experience during my stay."

"I booked to be near to the Tokyo Marathon starting line, it was just 5 minutes away. I like the location, nice staff, very clean, and good food for dinner. "

"Great location. Across from train station. So much to do at hotel. Only issue was we thought we had paid for breakfast. Ended up being over $50 a day fo two people. Recommend checking in advance "

"Front desk staff were helpful and assisted us with self check in. We sent suitcases ahead and they were waiting for us in our assigned room. Room was clean and shower was hot. It’s the only hotel of our trip that did not have a smart tv with Netflix, Prime nor You Tube. Bed and pillow were quite firm and the comfort double room was spacious with separate desk, bench, side table & chair. You can bring an airport luggage cart to your room to load up suitcases and roll directly to departures at Terminal 3. Self check out was quick. Desk staff will hold bags after check out if you have a late flight and want to explore Haneda Garden. We would consider staying here again."
