"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"Seven Hills Hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the warm and welcoming staff to its perfect location, every moment felt special. "Superb hotel. A large clean, completely soundproof room with comfortable (firm) beds. The fitness centre is well equipped with a squat rack and olympic bar and weights. The lobby, bar, restaurant are all nicely appointed and it has a lovely outdoor atrium. The buffet breakfast is great and it is about a 3 minute walk to the airport entrance. Easily worth 50% more than the €125 we paid."

"Room was cramped and not the cleanest. Carpet in the room had dirty spots and the corridor and room had heavy chemical fragrances (used in cleaning and to mask odors). The neighborhood also is a bit grimy although still felt pretty safe. It’s a good hotel for a one night stay especially if you are transiting through the nearby Sogutlucesme station which is a main high speed rail station. "
