The hospitality of the staff throughout our visit was outstanding: competent, efficient and friendly. The Michelin star restaurant, Nicole, is worthy of a visit during anyone’s stay. The breakfast is a real treat in Turkish tradition and the head waiter welcomes you each morning with a friendly elegance.

The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to the tram. The tram allowed you to visit all the popular sites easily. The room was big. There was a person at the main desk 24 hours. The breakfast was incredible.

Loved the people running the hotel, loved the uniqueness of this hotel, its trendy but not over the top. Loved the size and the decor of the rooms. I had booked three rooms for my family and we were treated really well. The breakfast is a treat and the Michelin star Nicole restaurant serves an amazing menu but its slightly expensive. I like walking so did not mind the uphill trek to and from the Tophane Tram stop but those who do not like walking need to think twice !

We absolutely loved The Tom Tom Suites. We had an absolutely beautiful room with views of the Bosporus. The bed was huge and so comfortable with beautiful bedding. The bathroom was huge and again so luxurious. Breakfast was a joy. Little tasting plates plus a small buffet selection. The staff at breakfast were absolutely lovely. Top top service. Located very centrally,but in a quiet road opposite the Italian embassy. You can walk everywhere from the Tom Tom. Thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Tomtom Suites in Istanbul. The hotel was fantastic, and the reception made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was excellent, and we even received a room upgrade. The room was spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows—so cozy, I almost wanted to take a pillow home! The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything, yet quiet and peaceful, as it’s near a dead-end street with minimal traffic. Everything was just perfect!
