"I recently stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for two weeks and am pleased to share that my experience was exceptional. The staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would like to especially highlight Bahar Kiyany, the Guest Relations Manager, who managed our hosting services with warmth and friendliness. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."

"This trip to Istanbul became even more memorable thanks to this hotel. Everyone who works here was incredibly kind, and even when we had small or inconvenient requests, they always helped us with such pleasant and warm service. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were welcomed by a lovely scent, and everything was spotless and perfectly clean. The bed was so comfortable that we slept deeply every night. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the breakfast. Starting each day with such a generous and delicious meal was wonderful. And I want to give special thanks to the manager, Tutuk, who always prepared the drinks we requested even before we arrived. I truly appreciate her thoughtful service. The location was also absolutely perfect—wherever we went, everything was easy and convenient. I would love to visit again next year, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. "

"I stayed at Titanic City Taksim during a trip to Istanbul for dental work, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. I arrived before check-in and the staff welcomed me right away, even bringing me a glass of juice while they prepared my room. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, and my room was just as impressive—comfortable bed, great city view, and an updated bathroom with a rainfall shower and plenty of amenities like slippers, toiletries, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. I had read some complaints about noise, but I barely heard anything from other rooms. Outside noise felt normal for a lively city like Istanbul. The room was a bit warm at times, but opening the window brought in cool air and solved it easily. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables, and many Turkish options. The location near Taksim Square made it easy to explore, and I always felt safe walking around. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept everything spotless. I’ll be returning to Istanbul soon, and I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended."
