The room needs a little maintenance, the paper roll holder fell apart, wall paper in bathroom was peeling of, beds were ok. The room was very clean, and the convenience of the hotel being a 3min walk away from the entrance of the airport was priceless. We had a layover from one day to the next so it was perfect for us. The room were super quiet, we did not hear a single sound.

A great place to stay for the night before an early morning flight. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Overall I was delighted with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They were helpful, respectful, and made everything easy during our stay. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and everything was handled efficiently. A very positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Still a good go-to place for Sabiha. Been staying here over 15 years. Alas, time is beginning to take its toll on this site. A bit overdue for a redo. Staff and restaurant still of good quality.

Been before Internet issues remain but out door seating are a bonus all round awesome hotel lovely team knowledgeable and helpful. Good gym good food ,bit pricey for Istanbul but very good .

Very clean and comfortable room. So close to SAW airport, just minutes walk away. Highly recommended to stay here for flight connection. Fast food such as McDonalds & Burger King are so close to the airport for a quick bite.

Pretty good overall. No standouts but nothing bad either, except for the fact that the shower did not work or was confusingly designed. The television remote did not work well either. Besides that, I had no problems. Lots of food for breakfast and it was good, room service was prompt and helpful, and room was clean.

Superb hotel. A large clean, completely soundproof room with comfortable (firm) beds. The fitness centre is well equipped with a squat rack and olympic bar and weights. The lobby, bar, restaurant are all nicely appointed and it has a lovely outdoor atrium. The buffet breakfast is great and it is about a 3 minute walk to the airport entrance. Easily worth 50% more than the €125 we paid.

This hotel is acceptable if you only need a place to rest between flights or other travel arrangements. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine, but overall the experience was very basic. The biggest issue was the service. The staff did not feel particularly welcoming — very little friendliness, no smiles, and mostly short answers to questions. I was also disappointed with the transportation advice. When I asked about Uber, I was told that Uber drivers would not come to the hotel because there was a regular taxi stand nearby. The taxi waiting outside then quoted me almost twice the price shown on Uber. Even more surprisingly, the driver had the Uber app open on his phone while speaking with me. This made the whole situation feel misleading and uncomfortable. I was also not offered the option to add breakfast when the receptionist reviewed my reservation, even though I would have been happy to purchase it. So, overall: convenient enough for a short airport stay, comfortable bed, but nothing special, and the service definitely needs improvement.

The breakfast was great, as always. A great selection of food. The only thing is I have a problem with walking. The airport is close but not easy for me. In my recent stays at the hotel, I was privided with a hospitality car to the airport but I had to get a taxi. I may look for another hotel which provides this service. Overall a wonderful stay.

I actually set my daughter up here for her summer studies from S.D. School of Mines. So writing this for her. I did research the hotel and Expedia has always been reliable for our families travels. She said everything was perfect. Clean, friendly, fast check in and she loved her room. Perfectly safe and as a dad, I was happy. She was on her own. I don't know about the food and she doesn't drink. But safety and reliability came first in my choices and she received the first when she stayed there.
