"Our family of five had an amazing stay at Grand Moon Palace Cancun! The resort was spotless, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the overall service was outstanding. "My husband and I have now been here twice and love it! The property is close to the night life, if you feel like venturing outside of the resort. We loved the buffet for food options. If you want to explore Isla Mujeres, there’s a ferry dock nearby, within a 10-12 minute beach walk. The staff have been friendly and welcoming with every encounter we had. Will definitely be back!"

"This was my second visit to this property in two years. The staff were amazing. My room was the plunge pool. I changed room twice due to an infestation of ants. The last day the ants were everywhere and i was forced to dump items out of my luggage. The hotel offered no compensation despite me having to leave items behind due to the ants. Though i enjoyed everything else about my stay, i will not return"
