"We stayed for just one night, as our flight was leaving late the next afternoon. I have to say, the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond our expectations. They kindly extended our stay—not just once, but twice—to accommodate a late check-out. We had missed a few stops on the tube, and ended up returning later than planned, but the manager and staff were incredibly understanding and gracious. The service was truly exceptional, and we’re so grateful for their flexibility and kindness."

"Excellent hotel when you have an early morning flight. There’s a walkway connecting the hotel to terminal 2 and it is a quick and easy walk. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, even if the airport is directly beside the hotel, I did not hear any planes landing or taking off. "

"This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow. "
