"We loved the Resort`s proximity to the Disney Parks, shopping etc. The Pools were a bit crowded, but other than that, we loved staying at Vistana!!! And we will come back in December"

"This place was clean, and lots of space. The room was extremely comfortable. Was able to cook in the villa.. Handy for getting ubers if needed...as they could come right to your front door. Staff was polite and courteous. They went out of their way to get us in a room next door to other family members. "

"Flat is a great space, evermore bay was great! Kids love the sandy beaches. Good food options and lots of entertainment throughout the day! Golf course was also excellent and in great shape!!"

"We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. We are a family of 4. The hotel is great for families especially for young children. They have great amenities and the location is great only 6 miles from magic kingdom. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars but the staff is not friendly. The staff from the restaurant out by the pool are the worst. In one occasion I simply asked for ice and the girl working the early shift gave it to me with an attitude. "Pictures are deceiving. This hotel needs a total renovation. Carpets are dirty, elevators are sketchy. Do not use the stairwells from the garage although you may have to as elevator was not working. Stairwell reeked of urine and littered with trash and there was evidence of squatters. In our room there was a flood. It was obvious from the moldy walls and decayed plaster this had been occurring frequently. We reported to the front desk. No one came to correct or offer us a different room. 2-stars...
