Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...

"Regrettably the proper manager never contacted me regarding the check-in instructions and I was not able to stay. If that’s how they do business and I can consider it deplorable. I have requested a full refund and do not recommend this property."

"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."

"This was the best ever vacation we had on the houseboat. It was new, cozy and very comfortable. The location was super quiet and very safe. The view of the harbor was magnificent and the sunset on upper deck was unbelievable . Everything was perfect. And we were greeted by the cheerful lady living next to the houseboat and showed us everything we need with the houseboat. We hooked our kayaks next to the houseboat and did kayaking on Destin harbor. At sunset, we spent it mostly on the upper deck...
