"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."

"Always my favorite place, going back to 94. I do miss the Continental breakfast though. It was supposed to return after the COVID lockdown but never did. Oh, not a fan of the owner mad-mugging us constantly as we came and went. But I get it, he's trying to get some extra cash from all the beachgoers parking near the entrance."

"Lo que pedi y page no lo recibí olía muy feo los elevadores no servían la habitación sentía sucia y vieja las puertas de entrada laterales no eran seguras cualquier persona podría entrar el estacionamiento pequeño y sucio el cuarto que page era con Balcón el cual no se pudo por que llevaba a mi mami ya grande y pretendían que ella subiera 4 pisos por que no funcionaban los elevadores lo cual por comentarios ya tenían días descompuestos y no avisaron el desayuno fatal no volvería"

"I was glad that I had clarified that I was on the beach side of the resort. Several times when I was in the lobby, there were upset guests checking in who thought they were beachside but were really across the street. Overall, the location is great. It is not a modern or well-kept resort but is practical (plastic upholstery on couches) and spacious. The closet was huge and there was a full kitchen. I did not expect daily housekeeping but we got it, which was great. The balcony was a plus....

"The bad experience started with the shuttle service provided from the airport. Apparently you have to contact the hotel to request a shuttle after you collect your bags in the airport which is impossible if you are an international traveller, given that they do not reply to messages or texts.
When we finally reached the hotel at 9:00pm, the kitchen was closed.
Amenities in the room were the absolute minimum; even drinking water bottles were not provided.
Staff were rude and unhelpful.
