"Charming boutique hotel with lush greenery offering plenty of little cozy areas to relax. A little oasis in the middle of the historic town. Staff members on site, Nick, Janet, Kee and Shipun were wonderful. Breakfast was included but options were limited but the hotel is minutes away from awesome local delights. Be sure to sample the infamous Penang Char Kway Teow (flavourful fried flat noodles) and the delicious white coffee (and more)! Great location! "

Ayu at the front desk was exceptionally helpful from check-in to check-out, suggesting places to visit and giving dirctions to get there. The breakfast was good with a good choice of eggs, French Bread and Malaysian food."
