Most of the stay were very rude, house keeping cleaned our room and left all the dirty towels on the ground on the floor with no clean towels. When we called the front desk they brought us towels that were in a ball when my wife opened them they were dirty. On our second day the cleaned the room took our garbage can and never brought us another one even though we talked to the manager at the front desk. When we told the night manager when we checked out he looked at us like we were crazy. Needless to say we will not be returning to the B Ocean again. We will go to the Marriott Harbor Place right next door. One good note Brian the bartender at the pool bar was amazing!
