"What a terrible experience. This year marked 18 years of staying there. I've stayed under the last name Zoglio, Lupo, Piacitelli... since 2008. The check-in experience was a nightmare. The manager Aiysha treated me so poorly I still cannot wrap my head around it. This hotel has changed greatly. They still do not have a restaurant or poolside take-out window. "We were attending a week of activities for our nephew's wedding. We spent time at the parks, resort hotels for meals and the wedding reception and a day with family at their home. The Embassy Suites was a convenient location for all of our activities.
Even though there seemed to be a lot of school groups at the hotel, the only time you really saw or heard them was at breakfast. I must commend the people that worked the breakfast. They were constantly working and very friendly to everyone....

"Booked for the amenities and pool. Tuesday the first night, asked if the bar was open and the front desk said they didn’t have a bartender that night, didn’t see one until Friday. “Pool side bar” is not a thing. "Room muggy smell upon arrival
Air conditioning at 60 still warm in room
Dirty clothes found behind couch
Housekeeping tried multiple times to enter our room at 9 am when checkout is not till 11. Thank goodness we had deadbolt activated so couldn’t get in.
Breakfast buffet was good especially Mickey waffles that were different flavors.
Hot tub had live bugs coming out filtering drain.
Hallway carpets dirty never swept in our days there."
