We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back. The room was phenomenal and the view was absolutely breathtaking. All of the staff was incredibly kind. The pools were incredible. Me and my family really enjoyed the pond and the wall around it. The market was so nice to have. The coffee was amazing and all the food was excellent. The resort was so close to everything it made it so easy to travel to parks.

Room was a little banged up. Nice to have a big kitchen, great laundry inside units. Bring your own laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Bedrooms and bathrooms great size! Hours at waterpark/bar close way earlier than we expected- bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. All pool chairs around the main big pool at the waterpark are reserve only-all were empty. Food low quality for the high price, you’re better off going out to eat. Customer service is great everywhere, if you have any issues they take care of you. Make sure to bring your own swim towels. They provide a few little ones in your room but they charge if you lose them. They don’t have them at the pool. Only one hot tub at the other pool, it was always packed, never got to enjoy that. They had a Super Bowl party, that was awesome to have somewhere to watch with a bar and snacks we could order.

The rooms were spacious and looked good - there were a few issues - the dishwasher didn't work, the washing machine was moldy, but nothing that was a make or break. We really enjoyed the complimentary access to the water park - that was the highlight of the trip, but again, it wasn't always well maintained - it was particularly breezy one day and the amount of debris in the lazy river was borderline gross. I will say - my biggest issue was the people working - every interaction I had, EXCEPT for at the water park, was not very welcoming or helpful. I asked the receptionist about a fee I was unsure of and she seemed annoyed and unwilling to explain, didn't tell us the difference between wristbands and the card (none, they don't check) or really about how to navigate the hotel. Later that night I had casually asked an employee at the market if he knew and he very quickly told me to ask someone's who job it was and got annoyed because I didn't know where to place my order (the man at the counter said with him first and then the register, this young man said the opposite, and when i tried to order he then reprimanded me for ordering the wrong way). Would I stay here again and completely avoid the people who work there? Absolutely. Also recommend renting a car - it's a bit far out from the parks and other drivers told us they weren't taking rides to the Grove because of the distance back and forth.

Room was good. Pools were good. Water park was small but good. The lake access for boating/kayaking/fishing was not good. We stayed at this place because of it being on a lake and they charge too much for too little time for everything water related. Should have free kayaks and water stuff available.

The place is nice, the room was amazing. But we did not feel welcome, since we checked in we feel that the time to leave was more important than our pleasant time there. Check in time is at 4pm and check out at 10am, since we booked we request late check out so we can rest after our valentines night out. It was a no, not even try… close our account and repeatedly said we have to leave.

Our stay was great, staff were really nice amd helpful, room was really clean and comfortable. The resort is close to shopping and restaurants. The pools and water park were amazing, and the arcade was fun!

Super clean and spacious room, tons of great amenities, friendly and professional staff and only minutes to Disney and nearby shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and safe as well. Waterpark also!

The room was huge, we rented the 3 bed, 3 bath , and it was amazing. Great size. Super clean. The property was well kept and clean. The pools were "heated to 83 or 85 they said. The pools were heated, 2 of them, to prob 75. The lazy river was the warmest. The pool at the water park was like ice cold. The slides were great, they only had one open thean they would switch to the other slide every hour swapping back and forth. The whole resort is cashless, which we didnt know until we exchanged cash and got there. There wasnt alot of people there so it was perfect. Water park doesnt open till 10 and closes at 5pm. Pools are 8am to 10pm. There is no kind of evening entertainment, would of been great. Disney springs isnt far, there are bands and shopping. Overall would recommend and stay again. Food at restaurant was good and priced well.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Grove Resort. From check in to check out, the staff was warm, friendly, and truly took great care of us. Everyone was patient and kind, and the whole place has a clean, relaxing, country club style atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. The grounds and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. The on site water park and lazy river made the whole stay extra special and fun. We also loved the dining area by the pool. It was such a great spot to sit down and enjoy dinner without having to leave the property. The convenience store on site was a bit pricier than Walmart, but that is expected for convenience, and some items were actually the same price. The location was extremely close and convenient to both Disney and Universal, which made getting around easy. Overall, everything was clean, welcoming, and wonderful. We made great memories and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Affordable and clean, nice grounds, friendly staff! However it felt like walking around a building designed by H.H. Holmes. Our suggestion is to improve signage and directions, but other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

Rooms were clean and spacious, water park was good for our age group 6-10 . Parking was not included in the stay $30 a day .. onsite restaurant had a weird paper ordering system on a limited menu , pricy for what it was .
