Motel di Florida

"When we arrived and were handed the keys to the room, we were told they were clean and ready to check in. When we get to the room it was dirty, beds not made, trash not taken out and there were use male contraceptives near the trash can. We also aske for an ADA room and were not given one till later that night and it was to no avail because we needed a walk in shower type for my husband who has one leg. We ended up getting 2 rooms because of a mix up that was created by the agents on the phone...

"We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating...

"The floors were really dirty and in desperate need of being mopped. And there is a shelf over the linens that needed to be wiped down but the sink and beds were clean. We had fun in the pool and the location is perfect. For the price it was nice."

"I booked a room, but did not stay here. When driving up to the hotel, it looked very sketchy and was not sure about the safety of this hotel. The area of town was not what I expected. I asked for a refund, but they denied my request."

"Great location. Signs said “non-smoking” property but there was a LOT of smoking. High humidity in the rooms caused slightly uncomfortable sleeping conditions because sheets felt sticky. Room was not very clean. Staff was very friendly."
