"We tried calling several times to schedule shuttle transportation, but no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the Orlando Airport, we called again at 8:30pm and was told that the shuttle was gone from the airport. We paid $100 for an uber and when we arrived at the hotel the shuttle pulled up right behind our urber driver. There was only two passengers on the schuttle, so we could have rode on the shuttle. This was very disappointing because we had to spend unnecessary money."

"Clean and well decorated. Mattress was very comfortable. Clean white cotton bedding and down pillows. Love this location for restaurants, beach and shopping. Will stay there again. "

"we stayed for 1 night, checkin was easy and checkout was easy too. Had 2 dilemma. One was the AC leaked and made the floor SOAKING wet. Second was at 9am someone came to the door, didn't speak english well and think she wanted us to check out early, but did not say. I told the front desk when we checked out."

"The property is very beautiful and well kept. Perfect for families. The suites are renovated and gorgeous. Very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need, washer, dryer, balconies, convenience, store, and fantastic pools. I will definitely be coming back for a longer stay with my family. And You can’t beat the price! "
