Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Our department was organizing academic conference for 2 days, so the staffs are staying at this hotel.
5-stars hotel with all perfection in the services especially reception and housekeeping...
Room is spacious, the bed is comforting, bathtub and shower rain provided separately in the bathroom
Food and beverages were pricey but that is the standard of 5-stars hotel, therefore acceptable.
Thank you all Pullman staffs for making our work-stay a pleasant memory.
