"The rooms and all areas were always clean. The pools very nice, clean and clear- fun. The staff are the best. They treat all with respect and are always there to answer any questions, very friendly. I love the room service, the food is awesome everywhere you go. Love the disco, the jacuzzi in the room, the drinks. I love everything about this magical paradise in earth. I wished I was there for just more than 4 days/nights. Planning to go back early next year."

First of all, the resort was beautiful! Easy to navigate. The rooms were clean and comfortable 🏢
The beach had plenty of seats available throughout the day. They kept the beach clean by removing sargassum daily and even hourly 🏖
The pool was perfect, not too hot, not too cold, and they had great entertainment and games throughout the day and evening. The crew were very interactive and so friendly!! The pool bar was amazing! They did a great job...

"Some of the stuff were amazing, such as the entertainment, the waitress/waiters. Rooms were perfect. Drivers that pick us up at the lobby to take us to our room were nice but also rude. One of the drivers were drunk and took my parents to a different side of the hotel when they gave him the actual room number. overall the resort was great! Julio, Jefry, David and Nuris were AMAZING AND SUCH KIND SOULS. I love how sweet they were with my parents and just treated them right! that was the best...
