"Very clean room with all the room amenities expected of a five star hotel. I liked that some night lights came on automatically with movement, but sometimes it was rather difficult to locate e.g. the full bathroom lights switches in the dark. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t try breakfast which was in a separate restaurant outside the building, but I did have breakfast in one of the lovely cafés in the surrounding area and that was a highlight of my stay here in that this area of Pyrmont...

"We received an upgrade to our room and stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The room was beautiful and the bed really comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean. We wouldn’t need to think twice about staying there again"

"Room was dirty and dated. Balcony unusable, could not open curtains as it was under full renovation. Pool was closed. We were notified of some balcony’s requiring work but was not expecting to be put in one of those rooms in low season. We were not notified of the pool being closed. We canceled our reservation and moved to another hotel. The front desk manager was pleasant to deal with. "
