"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic...

"The paradox was a lovely place to stay, rooms were modern and clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast served everything we needed. Coffee was nice and strong. Loved its location. Pool and spa were nice, tiles round spa could do with upgrading."

"This.property was old and not updated. Mold in the bath shower was disgusting. Kitchen utensils were old and some not very useful. Staff was generally nice but I had to engage them before they spoke to me.to either.welcome me, say hello in the morning or afternoon and not very helpful with restaurants. The location was the best part of the trip."

The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!"
