"It’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of chueca. Quick walk to all areas of interest. The staff is lovely. The breakfast is lovely. I got to the hotel very early in the morning and they allowed me an early check in. Considering I was up all night on a flight that meant the world to me. My only critique is that our original room was extremely small and had no windows to outside. We ended up paying more than a $100 per night to get a bigger room with a balcony with a street view. "The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!"

"This is a hostel so it is a bit different from a full service hotel. The location is great, very safe. We switched to a room with a bathroom shower, which made all the difference. But others may be fine with a shared bathroom. The rooms are very small worth it for the right price."

El desayuno buffet es variado, fresco y delicioso, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. Todo el personal fue increíblemente profesional y servicial. "La propiedad es espectacular, súper bien ubicada, a 10 minutos caminando de la milla de oro en calle Serrano. Dos habitaciones muy cómodas, lo mismo sala, comedor y cocina. Super limpio. La zona es muy tranquila. Me encantó y espero no perder el contacto para volver siempre que regrese a Madrid "
