"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"The hotel is close to a Cercanias train station, so you are only 20 min away from the city center. The amenities are very nice. The customer service was the downside: not very friendly and not willing to help you for the most part besides 1 or 2 nice employees."

" Heals our luggage on pre checkin. Girls were great however the fella that checked us in not so great. I had to return to the desk 3 Times didn’t explain the card system to us . "The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking."

"I was disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning appeared to be unstable, and both the lobby and sleeping areas were uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. The bathroom facilities were particularly concerning. Ventilation was extremely poor, leaving the area damp and humid.
