"THE BREKFAST WAS AWSOME :)"

"The capsules were clean and comfortable, but small and ventilation is poor and it’s quite warm at night. Some guests were noisy at night and any noise travels easily. Storage drawer under capsule was great and big enough for a carry on suitcase, but bring your own lock (the ones you can rent are flimsy). Shower/bathroom facilities are clean but there is some mold. Overall a good option for a short visit, but for me not ideal and comfortable enough for a longer stay."

"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which...

"Beautiful hotel on Gran Via, walking distance to most things to see."

"The staff was excellent. I had a roll in shower due to me being in a wheelchair but there was no grab bar . The hotel installed one for me!!! I ate the breakfast and it is well worth the price. The location is great too. Overall I had a great experience "

Tenía reservada 10 noches por motivos familiares, varios días antes les informé que los dos dos últimos días me tenía que ir, para que por favor me los cambiaran para una fecha posterior pero no han accedido según Expedia y no me han respondido a la solicitud por email que hice al hotel."

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"My issue was that it was mid 80’s and when I asked why the AC didn’t work they claim that they can’t control it and it was set for heat only.that they change it to AC around the end of May or June. They told me to open the doors. I paid extra for a balcony room. The big issue is that you’re on a street that is super busy all night long. You can’t sleep with all the road noise and it was too hot to close the doors. We didn’t get a goodnight sleep. It was an awful stay. Also you couldn’t even...
