"I stayed on the twin bedroom and had overall got a great experience, the bedroom was bigger than I was expecting, comfortable beds, great location, close to everything (including tourist attractions, groceries stores and restaurants). The only major problem that i got was in my last day the water from the shower was not heating up, I don't know how fast they fixed since I checked out before it. Highly recommended for short stays."

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"This is the best hotel near the Madrid Airport. The only negative is that every room in this very large hotel was occupied, so many guests were milling around. The restaurant food was excellent in spite of the vast number of people eating it!"
