I got to the hotel very early in the morning and they allowed me an early check in. Considering I was up all night on a flight that meant the world to me. My only critique is that our original room was extremely small and had no windows to outside. We ended up paying more than a $100 per night to get a bigger room with a balcony with a street view. "A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful at my arrival and departure. This hostel is in such a great location - near all the art museums, train stations for short and long distances, and at a walkable distance from so many must see places. Felt comfortable and safe with how secure the building was. The room was the prefect temperature given how extremely hot it was outside. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place!"

"Best hotel to stay. Everything was amazingly good. When we did check in our room key was not working. It was little tiring. But they took it very seriously then they assigned us mini suite. Which was a wow factor. We enjoyed it. Breakfast was a feast."
