I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"Desde el aeropuerto Barajas en Madrid, viajé en taxi hasta el aeropuerto (habían muuuuchos taxis). Fácil acceso al Hotel Europa. Habitación limpia y cómoda. El personal, todos, muy amables y atentos. El wifi a veces se iba, pero se recibía rápidamente. El Hotel Europa está en la ubicación perfecta para caminar a todos los lugares icónicos de España 🇪🇸. Recomendado al 💯. Si vuelvo a Madrid, me hospedo ahí. "
