"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"I wasn’t aware I booked a hostel as I never do that, however…I have a new appreciation for these modernized hostel ideas! Our private room was small but adequate. Mainly there for sleeping and charging devices. We loved the common area! It’s fully stocked and lovely place to chill. Someone sat down and gave us a free piano performance the first day! It’s walkable to a lot of things and attractions. HOLD ONTO YOUR PURSES while out! The staff during the stay was great, however was not so...

"Imposible contactar con recepción o con una persona de ibis por tlf. Horrible. El hotel y sus trabajadores excelentes ( sobre todo los trabajadores de recepción ) pero como empresa un 0 totalmente imposible comunicarse con vosotros por tlf. Si necesitas solventar alguna duda o tienes algún problema como olvidar algo en alguna habitación… pierde toda la confianza en poder hablar con ninguna persona para que te ayude, asesore o aconseje. Tres días llamando y nada. Desesperante. Contratad a alguna...

"Friendly and helpful Front Office Team. The Hostel is however featured as business, but it lacks of quality and services for someone that looks for a comfort stay. Kitchen had simply two microwaves and 4/5 high stand up chairs, getting crowded when more people wanted to eat together. Cleanliness was not at all in line with the expectations for a Business Hostel, as they cleaned common areas and bathrooms just once per day. Definitely recommend the property to revise these cleaning standards."
