"Me gustó la habitación, buen espacio, el baño amplio. El desayuno muy buena variedad, y aunque estaba lleno era rápida la atención. Cerca de la Gran Vía, tiendas y restaurantes. Tiene una terraza y una alberca muy bonita."

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!"

"Absolutely loved this hostel! The receptionist let us in our room early so we didn't have to carry our luggage around and the room was super clean, the beds were comfy, and decent size room for me, my husband and my son. Highly recommend"

"Lugar muy bien ubicado, cerca del transporte publico: Metro y Bus. Vecindario muy seguro. Ubicado cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Apartamento tiene para lavar ropa, lo cual es conveniente para estancias largas. Recomiendo 100%, en definitiva me volveria a quedar aqui. Excellent location, close to public transportation: Metro and Bus. Very safe neighborhood. Located near supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment has a washing machine. I highly recommend it; I would definitely stay here...

"The roof terrace and pool made the holiday in the crazy heat. The friendliest staff particularly on the terrace! Nothing was too much and the room was perfect. Would recommend."
