"We love the hotel. Amazing. We stayed in a room with pool. The staff, most of them looked mad. Food and drinks could be much better, a lot better. The experience booking restaurants was a challenge. Food always took to long to come the our table. We went to The Charro restaurant. Drinks took 30 min to got delivered to our table. Staff in The Theater were amazing. Really energetic, enthusiastic creating a enjoyable experience."

Considering the climate the property itself and the room were all well maintained and very clean. "We had an amazing stay at the resort. We were especially impressed by the Private Island — the flamingos and the beach were all outstanding. The boat ride to the island was a lot of fun as well. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to downtown, the port, and many great restaurants. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

"Overall our stay was great at Ocean Coral Springs. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the dining situation. All the restaurants are only open a few hours, which to me doesn’t make sense for being an all inclusive resort. We got back to our resort around 4:30pm after being in an excursion all day and there was no where open to get food. It was super frustrating. The food was also okay, not super overwhelming"

"Bad attention, there was a lack of work staff, if you want to eat in a restaurant you have to queue for 3 hours because it is on a first-come, first-served basis but when you arrive at 5:30 there is no one and they tell you that they are full until 7:30 or 8, there are always more than two restaurants closed, so that they transport you inside the hotel they pass you by empty and tell you that they are going to pick up someone, I stayed 5 days and still does not pass the one who puts the things...

"First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. "Sadly overrated. Too many glitches with room that could have easily been resolved if someone cared. The property seems to be more interested to cater to incoming cruise ship guests than those paying full price. Dining establishments grossly expensive for subpar food with staff more interested in additional tips on top of the already mandatory included tips, rather than service. Would not return."
