"This property does not have an indoor restaurant. They don't have many options for breakfast either (no bagels, croissants, pastries) and the only toast is what seemed to be a bun that they split in half and buttered. In addition, while the beach is beautiful, it is not a swimming beach. When we got our room, the shower shelf was falling off and dirty and it was crumbling the wall which was coating the bathtub. One of the jacuzzis was broken during our stay also fyi. If you get a "deal"...

Service, however, was hit-or-miss. While some staff were great, others were slow or dismissive, specifically at reception, where the second part of my check-in (when they actually gave me the room after 15:00) felt rude and unprofessional, Great facilities, but the service needs more consistency."

"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."
