"Staff were incredibly nice. Beautiful new hotel. Managers were helpful, kind and worked really hard to ensure we were happy. Mama juju, who is often working in their boutique, but also helps hosting in the restaurant, is the absolute sweetest.Customer service was best at our hotel, and better than anywhere else on the island that we visited including at the Ritz.
The gym is tiny but well equipped. Would highly recommend. "

"Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

"1st guest at the hotel as I've told. They just recently opened and has restaurant on the property. It's 5 mins or less walk to the beach entrance. Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! "
