I had such an amazing time there. The hotel was clean and the staff was always welcoming even though not all were bilingual they still helped. Just wish they find a better mechanism to clean the hall way carpets as they can get smelly real quick.

Very close to stores and restaurants. We ate dinner at the hotel. They have taco night buffet on Tuesdays. Food and service was excellent. Great pool area with tables. The garden amazing, well kept. We do not drink alcohol but the bar was well supply. Front desk were very friendly.

Can't say anything negative. A local told me the hotel is only a few years old and is best property in downtown Punta Cana. Bars, dining, shopping all minutes by foot.

Room was clean, slight smell in bathroom, aircon not working initially very well, but quick response and sorted, although it would only stay on for 30 mins then switch off which was nuisance during the night. The coffee machine was missing the pod holder from the machine, reported twice but no one attended, so wasnt able to use it for duration of stay. Pool area very clean and sunbeds in good condition, it was relaxing to sit around. The buffet breakfast was OK, could have done with some wider yogurt, cereal, fruit, nut and milk options. All staff were very pleasant. The gym was OK, it was small, but equipment, 2 runners, cross trainer, bike, cable machine and dumbells all operational. Overall would stay again for short 1 to 2 night stays.

Staff was okey but felt like very quick check in and such a small hotel no need for map or detailed info. Just preferable for a business meet up not for a vacation stay. Good location. Rooms very small. Towels clean but seemed old not crispy white. Too much traffic around the area. I would not stay there again, would choose an Airbnb instead.
