"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. "Absolutely amazing , this hotel is very zen very lush with beautful plants. We stayed in the Mio suite and the outside bathroom is my favorite . I do love how close to the beach it is ans santurse it a great location. "
