"I have stayed at this property a few times and consider it home away from home. Santos at the front desk is always a welcome sight. My flights home were cancelled due to the snow storm and had to leave the hotel I started my trip at. I was lucky to be able to book this for my added time there. Unfortunately i over booked this room by one day because I was still locating a new flight. I requested at least a partial refund for the unused day but it was denied. "

"The property is beautiful. While it’s a new property the paint colors will need constant touching up in the hallways as the walls are very light in color. The pools are great but the hot tub is not very hot. "

Everywhere in the hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is fantastic. It’s within walking distance to Palm Beach and all the great restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the area. It was so easy to explore everything around without needing a car.
