Puerto Rico Hotels with Entertainment

"We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. I was a bit worried after reading some of the recent reviews but our stay was nice. I don’t think the room was worth what we paid, but thousands of cruise ship customers and the world baseball championship the hotels are going to be overpriced. Staff was very friendly."

"Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30. Not very happy to start our trip."

"The first room assigned to us looked out on the rooftop mechanical equipment and ducts for the casino. We had to insist on a room change. The bedding was great. Very good quality. The rest of the facilities were 4 stars. The en Good tire staff were 4 stars as well. I will say that the hall carpeting on the guest floors needs updating. It was clean but it had a aged smell to it. "

"Bed sheets were stain with blood and complaint 5 times until they came around to change it, phone was not working, staff was very rude lacking customer services"

"The hotel room was amazing. While the hotel is in the process of remodel it’s still a large room with closet, dresser and room for hanging. Overall very impressed and will be back with the family to enjoy the water park and palomino island "
