"Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

"What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"

"4/29-3/2 My stay at the Westin was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. This was far from a luxury experience. The room had a noticeable moldy smell and could definitely use a dehumidifier. I reported the issue, but no one ever came to address it, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
