"*SCAM ALERT* I booked this place and paid upfront for 3nights. When it was close to check-in time, I called and was as told over the phone by the host that they do not take last minute bookings. They never refunded me nor answered the rest of my calls."

"The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. "Good value for money, can tell it's an old building but maintained and refurbished very well. Close to everything in kingston. Love the complimentary infused water in the lobby. The lobby always has a pleasant smell on entry. Only complaint would be the quality of the room service food, would give a 3/5 there. Room can be a bit noisy depending on the entry and exit of other guests, but its mostly quiet."

"Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
