"Beautiful clean hotel! Overall our 6 night stay was great, beach is clean and beautiful. However the front desk was not very welcoming when we first arrived. We couldn't help to notice and didn't like that there was a male host at the Agave restaurant that was rude shouting at a couple that seating was closed. The food was good but definitely not as bad as some people complain in reviews, but can always be better. Ricardo the Bartender was AWESOME and is a hard worker. Make sure you tip him!...

"Stayed 5 nights with my wife and 6-month-old. This is a VERY family-oriented resort. If you're not travelling with kids, it likely isn't the right fit. Beach is minimal. Pools are meh, and the tiling is in rough condition. Plenty of chairs, but only because we were there during shoulder season. Food was the highlight and the main reason we booked. It met expectations... consistently fresh, well-prepared, and strong vegetarian options/menus across all restaurants. Good non-alcoholic selection...

"The entire place is very clean. From the rooms to the restaurants, bars and shared restrooms were all super clean. Beach view from our balcony (16th floor) and from poolside was awesome. "The rooms were nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that a hat was stolen from inside my room by staff I’m guessing and it was never returned or refunded. Which is very upsetting because the amenities were nice.
