The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and there were so many activities for kids—my children had an amazing time, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. "The food was ok, the staff was awesome but the worst thing was that presentation that We were kind of forced to attend, they keep us hostage for almost 4 hours while I am saying over and over again that I don't want to commit. I am an educated persona and didn't wanted to be rude but at the end I had to walk away and the associate who was giving us the third presentation got upset because I didn't purchase a vacation plan. "Tienen problemas de mantenimiento con los AC y con algunas cosas generales de las habitaciones. En general el hotel esta bien, con 2 restaurantes tematicos (argentino un 10, el italiano un 5) Buena playa y el personal es amable, aunque son muy lentos para cualquier requerimiento que tengas "

"Vip services staff constantly trying to sell you something. Food was average. Pool chairs are reserved with a towel and a magazine but stayed empty for hours. Would probably go back if they got the pool chairs figued out and the vip services didnt bother us consistently with sales and timeshare lunches. "

"The rooms were nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that a hat was stolen from inside my room by staff I’m guessing and it was never returned or refunded. Which is very upsetting because the amenities were nice. For my first time being in Cancun I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars, staff was some what rude if though I spoke the same language as them fluently, other than that. Descent location. Descent food. Beds were also descent. "
