"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"This is our third trip to this hotel. What I noticed was it was more crowded. Instead of an easy access to go to breakfast or dinner , there is a QR code to make breakfast and dinner reservations. It was difficult for me since the QR code was not in English and ai had problems using this format. We didn't try the onsen , but decided on getting a room with an outdoor hot tub. "Such an amazing place to stay and just as it looks online. We got an amazing view of Mount Fuji both days we stayed! It was also great to start the loop from here with the pirate ship as it was much less crowded than the opposite way. The in-room onsen was amazing and dreamy! Lovely clean place and 7/11 close by. Only cons were confusing check in process via a tablet and the dryer taking forever, and not working well. But would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed here as a family of 4 in March 2026. We stayed in a Japanese style room. The room has a toilet and sink but no shower. There are both indoor and outdoor baths however which we enjoyed! The indoor bath change area is a bit small if there are several people using it at the same time.
