"夕食は期待していた。 が、この建物、施設、ホスピタリティの割には、 期待外れだった。 料理の中身のグレードが一つ違う（悪い意味で）感じ…。 「飲み放題」のせいで、料理の質が落ちている？　印象。 自分は飲み放題は期待していない。 が、日本酒は今時「安い二級酒」の印象。飲んで損した。 生ビールは普通。 他は飲んでない。 酒は別料金で、料理の質を見合ったものにしてもらえるといいのかと思う。 対して 朝食はグレードに見合った良いもので、満足した。 "

"Staff were excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. Hot springs was a good experience. Lakeside meal was a great opportunity to taste a variety of Japanese foods. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great location for a quiet peaceful break. Courtesy coach was a good method of getting too and from Moto Hakone and to Odawara."

"Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. "
