"Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks for all of us. Thank you very much for the kind understanding making your hotel as international standard. Well done Hilton!"

"Clean hotel with lovely staff, a nice (uncrowded) gym, and convenient subway access. Beds are comfortable, lighting is great, and outlets are well placed. Breakfast was good but can get busy. The main drawback is the room layout. Storage is limited and poorly ventilated—there’s just one shelf and a small drawer in the closet, and opening the doors blocks the walkway. Shelving above the fridge is unusable due to fixed decor, and the safe is too small for a laptop. Towel space is also limited for...

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated.
