"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"お世話になりました。家内が姉妹と子供達と一緒にこれまで何度か滞在していました。家内の勧めで私は初めて伺いました。今回は家内と息子家族と共に宿泊しました。 2才半の孫と様々なアクティビティを楽しみました。食事もとても満足しました。リゾート滞在の雰囲気を盛り上げるホテル全体のデザインが素敵で大満足でした。さて、是非また滞在したいですが、幾つかの知りたいことやお願いがあります。 1. コネクティングルームはあるのでしょうか？ 2. 洗面所に拡大鏡が欲しいです。 3. 他のホテルにはあったのですが、90センチ程度の子供にフィットする浴衣やパジャマがあったら嬉しいです。こちらでは最小が110センチと伺いました。"
