Cari Hotel di Daerah Ashigarashimo

"We stayed 1 night and throughly enjoyed our time. We wish we had stayed longer. We arrived at the property after spending the day exploring Hakone. We had taken the pirate ship across Lake Ashi and then took a bus to the stop right outside the ryokan. We were instructed to remove our shoes and don the provided slippers. The staff warmly greeted us and confirmed our onsen time which we had scheduled the day before. We booked ours for after dinner. We were led to our room which was a very clean...

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was beautiful. Would recommend buying mosquito repellent in advance as the outside was swarming"

"落ち着いた雰囲気だが、外国人の人が多くて日本にいるのかどうかわからなくなった。"

"We booked the ryokan with private onsen. It was worth every penny. We got the dinner and Japanese breakfast and was an amazing experience. The give you a yukata slippers and even socks to use. In from of the beautiful building is a garden. Also behind the museum in the corner a beautiful Japanese authentic restaurant, it was just beautiful. It was easy to catch the buses once we figured out which one to take. The outdoor private onsen has the shower next to it and it is also outdoors. The...

"Great location and views of Lake Ashi. Close to bus station and 7-11. Great place to stay and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and would return when visiting Hakone."

"This is not a Ryokan operated by the owners it's run by a kind staff who are going through a well planned routine but it does lack the personal.touch we would have loved. The pools are nice but they are next to the road so you can hear cars. One of the meals was just ok the other (shabu shabu) was outstanding. So a mixed experience but mid range appropriate at the price."

"The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, it was overpriced for what it offered. The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family. Overall, the experience did not justify the high price, and we felt we didn’t get good value for the money."

"The hotel room is very clean with beautiful surroundings. The Kaiseki dinner served was great!"

"家族のお誕生日に利用させていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応が、とても素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お誕生日ケーキも蝋燭をつけて、夕食に提供してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 また、温泉も良く、全てに癒されました。"

"The staff very helpful . The food really good. But when taking a shower you se mold in the bathroom."

"Crowded and very loud"

"Gorgeous hotel with clean and spacious rooms with good mattresses. We loved the private onsen option as well as the afternoon drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!"

"This was our first experience at a ryokan and it did not disappoint. It far exceeded our expectations The food was amazing and the staff’s hospitality was unmatched. Mina was our contact person. Very gracious and kind."

"ラウンジでコーヒーとリンゴジュースが無料でした。ウエルカムスイーツとして1口サイズのキャラメルケーキがありました。子どもが楽しめるボードゲームなども置いてあり、ここで少しのんびりとした時間を過ごすことができました。 また、夕食、朝食ともに大満足の内容で、おなか一杯食べてしまいました。"
