"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were surprisingly comfortable for international standards. Only complaint was that cabbies found it difficult to find the place. Other than that, excellent value for the money. Highly recommend."

She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. "We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!"
