"This hotel is older. I first stayed there in 2002 and chose to return as it is familiar, near to BST station and with lots of nearby convenience shops. The room was large and clean, the beds comfy and good aircon. There was a mix up with booking for breakfast being only for one person yet the room for 2 persons but this was rectified. It feels safe here and the staff although busy are friendly."
"My stay during 5 nights was excellent except slow in room service due to 2 towers in the hotel ( apartment & hotels room) and the serve from other tower "
"Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed—truly felt like royalty. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety, and the restaurant food was consistently outstanding.
The facilities were top-tier, especially the two stunning infinity pools. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with high-end bathroom products that added a luxury touch. An unforgettable experience from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back again. "
