"We stayed at lebua hotel in the Tower Club Suite River View with Lounge for three nights. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were very kind and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Din, in particular, stood out—his warm welcome made a wonderful first impression and truly set the tone for our stay. The breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. There were many aspects of our stay that we truly enjoyed. However, there was one issue during our stay that affected our overall comfort and experience. We have shared this matter with the hotel via email. "

"Overall good. View is great, and that is unbeatable from any other hotel if you like the park view. However staff can be more professional for a 5 star hotel, they seem to more friendly to white customer than Asian which is not that great for my POV. e.g the hotel manager hold small talk with the French in the lift but didn’t even acknowledge my existence and say hi, things like that it’s a bit strange. "
