"Room was awesome. We had a suite with a Murphy bed in the living room and it was very comfortable. First day the buffet was a disaster. It was a Saturday but the omelette line was a mile long and all of the buffet food was out of stock. We ended up leaving and going to buy breakfast instead. They only supplied three washcloths in our room and three towels so we had to ask for more. The fees are what were really frustrating. $20 a day plus $50 for parking. "The breakfast was great. Friendly staff. There is a parking garage, but I was able to park in the handicapped parking in the front. Easy check in. The room was so clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. They also had a microwave and a fridge. "

"Housekeeping was not able to clean room after the request to clean the room for over three hours while we left the room with our dog. When questioned, the housekeeper responsible for cleaning the room laughed and said it was not her problem. The next day the same housekeeper, Maria/Mary she said continued her rude comments and behavior."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit especially when we requested extra pillows, which were brought to us promptly. The Friday evening DJ was fantastic and really added to the fun atmosphere. Our only suggestion would be to have the music continue a bit longer, perhaps until 9:00 p.m. instead of ending at 8:00 p.m. Overall, we had a restful, enjoyable, and fun weekend. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was great—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only downside was that the carpet looked old and could use replacing. Also, there was a parking fee, but finding a parking spot was extremely difficult. Paying for parking when there were hardly any spaces available was frustrating. Overall, the staff made for a positive experience, but the parking situation and the condition of the carpet could definitely be improved."
